Besides in bilateral relations, he has specialized in the European and national Space Policy and Programmes. LL.M.) is a lawyer specialized in the use of digital evidence for the adjudication of international crimes. She is a co-founder of the Netherlands-based legal NGO, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fenix.foundation\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.fenix.foundation\/\">F\u00e9nix Foundation<\/a>, with a mission to leverage technology to support international justice, peace, and accountability.
